Alebrijes making workshop

Alebrijes (Spanish pronunciation: [aleˈβɾixes]) are brightly colored Mexican folk-art sculptures of fantastical (fantasy/mythical) creatures. They are imaginary creatures that have elements from different animals such as dragon bodies, bat wings, wolf teeth and dog eyes. Colourfully painted, they were originally made with papier mache but nowadays they are also wood carved.

This workshop is open to all ages without limits of age, men, women, children.
